I lead and integrate the technical verticals of the company, including: Satellite Information and Ground Segment, Aerospace MAIT facilities, engineering teams across Satellite and Access to Space capabilities, Specialized Maintenance and Quality Assurance. Around 300 collaborators covering all the companies core operations in all the space industry value chain and high-tech Projects and services for general industry.

Led Satellite and Industrial Projects Management Area, leading a multidisciplinary team of +100 professionals across satellite, electronic and mechanical engineering, energetic devices (explosives and pyrotechnics), manufacturing, and business development. - Founded and scaled the management area, integrating commercial and technical functions and leading organizational change. Increased client portfolio by over 100%, securing first international customers. - Technical lead for the company’s first ISO 9001:2015 certification. - Project sponsor and technical activator of new generation X-band radar payloads. - Launched the first internal innovation lab following an "ExO" framework.

Directed transversal technological operations, coordinating a PMO, engineering, manufacturing and aerospace testing departments across four geographically distributed sites. - Planned and executed a stakeholder management plan that activated the company’s first service revenues in the nuclear and security sectors. - Launched the first corporate PMO, focused on new project development for private clients. - Oversaw training, ramp-up, and full handover to a new operational team for a previously developed energetic devices plant.

Responsible for business opportunity identification and profiling, and new client development within the Strategic Planning Office. - Led a full life-cycle project for an energetic devices plant, specialized in initiator systems for the aerospace and oil industries, securing public funding, and subsequently implementing plant engineering, product engineering, and first production batches (Covering high reliability detonators, safe&arm devices, detonating cords and shaped charges) - Leaded the team which closed the company’s first sale of space grade hardware to a private-sector client.

Head of Innovation and R&D Department for Energetic Systems and Advanced Materials, leading the development of pyrotechnic and explosive devices and new materials and components for satellite launch vehicles. - Directed the design, manufacturing, and qualification of Type III carbon-fiber pressure vessels, stage-neutralization firing chains, and pyrotechnic release systems deployed with success on VEx-1 and VEx-5 launch vehicle prototypes. - Served as operations lead for pyrotechnic systems across multiple launch campaigns, ensuring safety, reliability, and mission success. -Participated in four launch campaings (T-4000, VEx1A, VEx1B, VEx5) -Led cross-disciplinary technology development in advanced metallic alloys, special welding techniques (TIG, FSW, laser), composites, filament winding processes, energetic devices, and precision ceramics. -Appointed technical representative for explosives and pyrotechnics on behalf of VENG and CONAE.
