* Production manager of the body stain pigment unit plans (24/7 production unit) * assure the fulfilment of KPI’s * cost monitoring/optimization * responsible for process optimization and continuous improvement projects * leading production teams (up 15 people – lab assistants, maintenance team and shifts personnel * assure proceedings creation and their fulfilment * training personnel) * supervise and assure the respect for health and safety rules of the hole factory * stock control * production programming * participation in product certification process * Responsible for the laboratory raw materials and final product quality control * activity records (analysing and saving all lab tests results * raw materials and final product selection) * Supervision of the assembly, layout and start-up of the production unit. * equipment procurement * layout definitiont * leading start-up and initial adjustments of the unit

* Responsible for fermentation technology development. * Bio Ethanol product manager – responsible for market analysis of raw materials, final product, technology suppliers and investments cost. * Participation in wastewater treatment plants design projects. * Technical drawings in 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D (Solid Works).

* Manage a group of 20-30 people and ensure we deliver the materials in time and with quality to our internal client * Assure all the internal rules of procedure, quality, safety and hygiene are followed * Analyse the team output and work towards its continuous improvement
