Prepared registry exemptions for offerings of condominium investment contracts before the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM) and represented clients in the related administrative proceedings. Advised issuers in debt offerings. Prepared routine corporate documents and led due diligence processes. Prepared prospectuses and petitions for the real estate division of a major Brazilian company related to its offering of participation in condo hotels which established the standard definitions set by the CVM. Drafted contracts for the winning consortium, led by a major transport company, in the R$607M bidding process of the 6th metro line of São Paulo.

Drafted contracts and performed due diligence including for a U.S. private equity firm in the acquisition of a significant stake (approximately R$400M) in a large Brazilian bank.
