• Assist all the different business units, including Sales, Facilities, HR, Production Assembly, Production Press, Engineering, Quality, Production Development, Logistics. • Manage Purchase Orders (PO’s) end-to-end. • Check vendor order confirmations for correct product, quantity, pricing and delivery dates, and updating system (SAP) accordingly. • Manage credit-card end-to-end. • Resolve invoice’s issues and ensure that vendors are paid on time. • Provide supporting documents for audit. • Responsible for vendor onboarding. • Maintain vendor relationship and database. • Work cooperatively and collaboratively with internal associates and external vendors. • Handle discrepancies in invoices, payment transfer, and purchase orders. • Ensure a high level of service for both internal customers and external vendors. • Negotiate price to optimize cost while maintaining a high level of quality from the suppliers. • Monitor and control all company existing contracts.

•In the quality area, check the parts to verify compliance with the specifications. • Correction of quality discrepancies according to the engineering documentation. • Manage card control boards. • Monitor the follow-up of the maintenance plan. • Ensure complete documentation and updated systems. • Design and modify existing tools to support equipment.
