- Managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to include: 5 restaurants, 5 Bars, Nightclub, Cigar bar, room service, conferences rooms.

- Oversee all Food and Beverage day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to highest standards. - Respond quickly to customer complains to ensure high quality service and satisfaction. - Assist in recruitment, performance reviews and promotion of staff. - Work within the guidelines of the budget to ensure that we maximize all of our available resources and operate within the budget. - Oversee food and beverage inventories and maintain optimum stock levels to meet customer’s demands.

- Drive two pre-openings. - Ensure high standard of service. - Implement strategies for achieving food and beverage goals due to the Company standards. - Assist in the monthly budget and marketing/sales strategies. - Recruit and coaching staff to achieve the team goals. - Communicate effectively with guests to create a high satisfaction experience of hospitality. Manage guest’s claims.
