- Responsible for planning fundraising events throughout the academic year - Discuss with exec team plans for fundraising events to have proper alignment and communication throughout the frat - Responsible for leading groups of 15 - 25 people to have a successful fundraising event

- Helped construct a design thinking plan for a client and implemented activities for training workers to learn the new technology and systems that are being implemented. - Utilized Excel to create an FAQ for a client and sorted these questions by importance and answering questions. - Utilized PowerPoint to go through all the client's employees and see when the last time each employee used the software and sorted names by those who used the software most recently. - Learned about how the ADMS system works for a utility company and used this knowledge to help our client solve problems. -Worked on the OCM team to create deliverables for clients, create program introduction decks for our clients’ meetings to learn new software, and analyzed spreadsheets to confirm how many employees were still using the software and who weren’t. - Worked with numerous other teams on my project including the OCM team, training team, testing team, business process team, and business readiness team to align tasks and stay on the same track. - Created monthly newsletters that were sent out to our client, highlighting what has been completed in the past month, spotlighting some of the clients’ employees, what the next steps are on the project, and providing resources for any unanswered questions.
