Additional : Indirect Procurement – Takeda Jaguariúna (remote support parallel to the Buriti Project) • Provided remote support as a lead indirect buyer, managing full cycle (sourcing, negotiation, PO, follow-up and delivery) via SAP ECC and SAP Ariba.

Allocated 100% to Takeda Pharma in the Buriti Project: Public-Private Partnership between Takeda Pharmaceuticals AG and Hemobras for the construction of a greenfield pharmaceutical plant (turnkey / GMP/GxP) for the production of biological medicines. Takeda acted as an integrator of the project, directly managing procurement, construction and assembly at the Hemobras site in Goiana, PE. The industrial operation will be conducted entirely by Hemobras, with no operational link with Takeda. • Led procurement strategy for Takeda Buriti Project (contractor - full dedication) a greenfield biologics production site under PPP with Hemobras. • Managed CAPEX sourcing of bioprocess and QC laboratory equipment • Led full import process from purchase to customs clearance • Achieved US$ 5.4M in tax exemptions via Ex‑Tarifário • Delivered 12% savings on a US$ 240M CAPEX budget • Represented procurement in Ernst & Young audits • Reported to Global CAPEX Procurement (Switzerland) Import Flows of Proprietary Biological Inputs (GMP / Cold Chain) - May 2021 – January 2025. • Developed and implemented, through Takeda's global procedure, import flows for critical biological inputs, conducting approvals with Fiscal, Finance, IT and related areas and ensuring physical, legal/fiscal and administrative compliance. • Structured validated cold chain for three temperature ranges (-140°C, -80°C and +2 to +8°C), ensuring product integrity and adherence to GMP requirements – RDC 055/2010. • Participated in risk analysis with QA, Regulatory Affairs, 3PL and logistics partners, anticipating points of failure and preventing customs holds. • Issued consolidated monthly reports of import status, milestones and deviations, supporting governance between Logistics, Quality and Regulatory. • I facilitated, with formal authorization from Takeda, the approach and initial qualification of proprietary supplier, whose inputs have industrial property and commercialization restricted to Takeda.
