This position ensures a seamless experience for athletes, guests, media, and VIPs while maintaining strict adherence to legal, health, safety, and event-related policies. Key Responsibilities: Hospitality Management: Design and oversee accommodation, transportation, and dining arrangements for athletes, officials, sponsors, and VIPs. Coordinate with hotels, catering services, and tourism offices to ensure quality standards. Manage hospitality zones at race stages and checkpoints, including welcome areas, rest stations, and VIP lounges. Ensure multilingual staff and culturally respectful practices across host areas. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Liaise with LGUs, the DOT, LTFRB, DOH, and other relevant agencies for permits, licenses, and event clearances. Ensure the event complies with national and local public safety laws, health protocols, and environmental regulations. Monitor insurance coverage and liability waivers for all stakeholders. Address and resolve any compliance issues or regulatory concerns in coordination with the legal team. Team Leadership & Coordination: Supervise hospitality and regulatory compliance teams, assigning roles and managing daily operations during the event. Coordinate closely with Logistics, Medical, Security, and Athlete Services units for cohesive implementation. Lead regular briefings with internal staff and external partners.
