I was responsible for answering questions faculty, students, and community members had in regards to the activities and memberships offered at the facility. My duties included; collecting payments, registering future gym members, giving facility tours, and answering the office phone. This position allowed me to become more proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Assisted the recreational office in any way needed.

* Responsibilities include: * Reviewing applications within the designated markets to determine quality applicants. * Update pipelines for accuracy and prompt response. * Relay information regarding the trends in ineligibility and or quality applicants. * Schedule and conduct interviews to process quality applicants in a timely manner. * Coordinate with Onboarding Coordinator to determine target number of interviews each week. * Contact applicants to schedule interviews. * Conduct interviews on behalf of OBC. * Provide a full report on quality applicants for the team as well as withdrawn or ineligible candidates post interview. * Assist the Onboarding Coordinator in identifying the best candidates. * Weekly meetings to discuss interview goals for the week and review progress decisions. * Discuss priority of candidates for the available requisitions needed to be filled.

* Determine if abuse or neglect has occurred, who the abuser is, the level of risk or harm to the child, and the need for a safety plan. * Make recommendations for reunification or termination of parental rights. * Monitor adoptive and foster families to check the compatibility of the child with the family. * Actively listen to concerns to make appropriate referrals. * Prepare to participate and testify in court proceedings. * Conduct intake interviews with individuals reporting suspected child abuse or neglect. * Gather demographic information on the child and family. * Recognize and acknowledge the rights of families. * Complete required assessments in a timely manner.
