• Design, control, and supervision of the production process and plants layout for multihull fiberglass boats with a focus on the prototyping and pre-series production phase. • Evaluation of processes from the perspective of efficiency and quality of semi-finished products, paying attention to economic aspects and plant performance. • Optimization of the production process with the goal of improving speed, efficiency, and profitability. • Drafting and updating relevant documentation such as process diagrams, lamination plybooks, and bills of materials. • Design of multihull motor yachts and structural components in fiberglass, steel, and aluminum in accordance with current regulations (ISO 12217). • Modeling of parts and assemblies using 3D CAD software.

• Technical-commercial analysis of projects and issuance of estimates for the realization of interior fittings for the residential, naval, and hotel sectors. • Management of relationships with suppliers regarding costs and procurement timelines.

• Design of monohull and multihull sail yachts, as well as structural components in fiberglass/carbon fiber, steel, and aluminum in accordance with current regulations (ISO 12215). • Modeling of parts and assemblies using 3D CAD software and production of executive files in 2D drawings and 3D models. • Issuance of lamination sequences for composite material parts and related bills of materials for production departments. • Co-management of relationships with customers regarding the progress of work, any design changes, or issues related to the prototyping and production phases. • Execution of structural checks for parts in composite materials using CAD/FEM software.

at Wartsila Italy: • Design of equipment (structures equipped with hydraulic/electromechanical systems) necessary for the assembly of marine engines and the equipment required for transportation. • Design of lifting and transportation schemes for individual components and assembled engines. • Co-management of relationships with external suppliers regarding times and costs for the procurement of basic components and semi-finished products.

• Issuing of estimates and production of 2D drawings/3D models for the construction of wooden structures for residential and non-residential use based on specifications provided by the client and structurally validated by external studies. • Management of relationships with customers regarding costs, timelines, and resolution of any issues that may arise during the construction phase.
