-Supervises students in classroom settings not limited to the middle school or high school level -Ensure that students remain on task and complete the work left by the permanent teacher without instruction time being lost.

Coordinate and manage the C. E King High School band by ensuring students are prepared for practices and events. Distribute snacks, water, moving instruments and load equipment onto trucks. Supervise approximately 260 students throughout the school year to ensure proper safety guidelines are being followed to prevent accidents or injuries.

Completed 120 hours of internship at the beginning of the Spring 2024 semester while successfully carrying a full-time class schedule. Assisted with administrative duties, including scanning documents and correcting scripts. Supported the Set Design department with prop creation incorporating sanding and painting.

I transferred from San Jacinto College to the University of Houston-Downtown to complete my Bachelor’s degree, blending foundational knowledge with a focused exploration of not-for-profit business skills. My studies emphasized areas like marketing, administration, and digital media, preparing me to make meaningful contributions to mission-driven organizations. Throughout my time at UHD, I honed my proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, combining creativity with strategic thinking. A key part of my academic journey was pursuing an internship, which allowed me to apply classroom knowledge to real-world scenarios and further develop my professional skills. This blend of education and hands-on experience has equipped me to create impactful visual content and contribute to organizational growth in a meaningful way.

I began my academic journey at San Jacinto College, where I focused on building a strong foundation in general studies while exploring my interests and career goals. During my time there, I was proud to earn a spot on the Dean's List, showcasing my commitment to academic excellence and personal growth. San Jacinto provided me with the opportunity to sharpen my skills and prepare for the next steps in my educational and professional path, furthermore opening the door to transferring out to The University of Houston Downtown (UHD) Campus.
