Hello all! As a third-year student in the LEEDS Business Program, I am eager to learn more about HR through my classes, gain hands-on experience, and work alongside mentors who will motivate, guide, and challenge me to evolve into a strong leader as I start my career. I am actively seeking an entry-level HR role where I can apply what I've learned, allowing me to contribute meaningfully while building a foundation for my career. I am drawn to a career in HR because I’ve experienced firsthand how much good or poor leadership impacts organizations and people's day-to-day experiences both inside and outside the workplace. I believe I’ve been gifted with a heart that seeks to make people feel heard, while also contributing to the success of all stakeholders within an organization. I’m motivated to build a supportive and engaging workplace culture where employees feel valued. I believe that when HR fosters a community people admire, the organization’s mission and success follow naturally. My strengths include keen observation, empathetic leadership, and strong organizational skills, which I leverage to strengthen management practices and create environments where employees can thrive.
