Performed test planning, estimation, and execution for a $9M CRIMS Order Management System upgrade, managing global stakeholders across multiple lines of business. Responsibilities included: * Conducted functional, regression, ETL, UI, integration, and BAU testing, for migration initiative of Charles River Anywhere to Charles River Everywhere (CRE). * Validated order execution, modelling functionality using Security Selection Model, Asset Allocation Model, Benchmarks, rebalancing, investing and divesting, targeting exposure and forecasting. * Tested mutual fund trading functionality in CRE, including integrations with Dataphile, Fundserv, Clearstream, Broadridge, RTXML, and SWIFT messaging (via Postman), supporting a streamlined workflow that eliminates reliance on other trading platforms.

Led testing for capital markets trading application enhancements, including a major securities lending system upgrade and integration of new OTC derivatives (equity, interest rate, and credit default swaps). Supported UAT, secured business sign-offs, and coordinated production deployments. Executed Functional and Integration Testing for the ILTD initiative, integrating existing processes with the Charles River (CRIMS) platform. Validated complex instruments including Options, Futures, Equity Swaps, and OTC products to ensure accurate trade processing and seamless system integration.

Responsible for managing all testing phases across critical software development projects, ensuring system requirements were met with high quality and minimal defects. Developed master test plans, designed and executed detailed test cases, led testing teams, conducted test result walkthroughs, and completed comprehensive product documentation.
