Role Overview: As the sole AI specialist within the organization, I independently handle the entire end-to-end Computer Vision development lifecycle. My work focuses on transforming vision-based algorithms into fully functional, commercial products, managing everything from data engineering to final production deployment on Edge devices. Key Highlights: - Continuous Improvement Workflow: Architected and implemented an Active Learning (Human-in-the-Loop) system. I developed a custom verification UI that allows for manual validation of AI predictions, which are then automatically processed into new datasets for iterative model retraining and versioning. - End-to-End AI Development: Executed the complete AI lifecycle independently, including custom data acquisition, high-precision annotation, and model training (YOLO) tailored for specific commercial requirements. - Edge Performance Optimization: Engineered and optimized deep learning models for real-time 1080p processing on Raspberry Pi 5 using multi-threading techniques, ensuring high-speed inference in hardware-constrained environments. - Production Integration & Deployment: Built production-ready applications by integrating AI models into software architectures and managed stable, containerized releases via Docker and GitLab CI/CD for Linux-based systems. Key Projects: - Venus Sentinel: Developed a commercial end-to-end Automatic License Plate Recognition system featuring a 4-stage Computer Vision pipeline and RESTful API integration for automated gate control. - Smart Medication Inspection System: Built a cost-optimized prototype for medical packaging classification, replacing expensive imported technology, hardware-synchronized inspection solution.

Role Overview: Assisted in delivering the "Computer Networks" course for the International Program. My role focused on bridging the gap between theoretical classroom concepts and practical laboratory execution, ensuring students gained hands-on proficiency in network architecture and protocols. Key Highlights: - Technical Instruction: Facilitated hands-on laboratory sessions exclusively in English, providing guidance on network administration tasks, including the configuration of network interfaces and the design of switched/routed architectures. - Systems Mentorship: Mentored students in developing client-server applications, offering technical support for socket programming and the implementation of fundamental network protocols. - Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Supervised real-time network monitoring exercises, helping students diagnose and resolve traffic and performance issues in a controlled environment. - Performance Evaluation: Assessed student lab performance and provided constructive feedback to align their technical execution with academic standards.

Role Overview: Provided technical support and IT consulting within a multilingual academic environment at JAIST. My role focused on ensuring the continuity of university research operations by resolving technical challenges for a diverse community of international students and faculty. Key Highlights: - Multilingual Technical Support: Provided IT consulting and troubleshooting in English and Japanese, delivering technical solutions to users from various international backgrounds. - Issue Resolution & System Stability: Diagnosed and resolved hardware, software, and network connectivity issues to ensure minimal disruption to university research and administrative functions. - Technical Documentation & Translation: Authored and translated technical manuals and guides (English version), such as email configuration manuals and system access guides, to assist international students. - Liaison & Coordination: Acted as a bridge between end-users and the central IT department, effectively communicating and escalating complex technical issues to senior staff for timely resolution.
