- Lead procurement operations across Eastern Europe, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals. - Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize supply chain efficiency to meet regional business needs. - Develop and implement procurement strategies to reduce costs, mitigate risks, and enhance supplier performance. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and logistics, to support business growth and sustainability initiatives. - Monitor market trends and analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. - Oversee compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring ethical sourcing practices. - Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes through the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions. - Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting professional development. - Report directly to the regional Head of Procurement, providing insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.

-Manage contract logistics operations to ensure that the facility, contracts and staff deliver service agreements at or above client requirements and that the annual P&L budget is met for contract. -Work with all relevant property, legal, commercial and procurement parties to maintain operational and management excellence. -Support the renewal and organic growth of the overall Contract Logistics business. -Develop and drive a long-term plan to achieve national excellence, including continuous improvement against customer KPIs, LEAN, ZDS, BPE, HSE and plant classification. -Ensure strong and engaging participation in the executive team, with responsibility for helping to set and drive the long-term strategy, and fostering collaboration with all departments. -Provide effective training, exposure and development opportunities for talent. -Ensure compliance with corporate policies/guidelines and regulatory requirements. -Support BD in new business sales and solution design, and taking responsibility for all implementations and roll-outs within the current operation.

- Operation of the most modern KUKA foundry equipment and robots - Preparation of tools, model and raw material from which the mold will be made - Molding of castings (target shape, taking into account the pouring channel and risers, which will allow the uniform shape of the subsequent casting to be maintained) - Pouring the mold with liquid Al alloy - Improve quality, increase efficiency, shorten production time, reduce costs and losses - Preparation of reports, workshop summaries - Optimizing the flow of information and processes in order to achieve the assumed production goals - Creation and improvement of work standardization

- Implementation of the project "Short distance factory" using the SCRUM method

- Operation of modern machinery and equipment for the production of tires - Taking care of the high quality of the product in accordance with the applicable standards - Development and implementation of standards and procedures for dealing with production problems
