Ensure customer satisfaction by managing cost, quality and delivery, and product launches for products identified in Value Stream.

Drive all necessary actions to achieve the best supplier quality performance on serial production for the concerned WABCO site by implementing the right incoming quality control methods and supplier claim resolution process. In details: 1. Drive supplier quality improvement plan to achieve Zero defects at site level 2. Determine the right incoming quality tools, methods and team 3. Quick response to VS when a supplier incident occurs 4. Get supplier’s claim analysis and action plan (PDCA/FTA) in less than 5 days via official claims system 5. Validate supplier’s claim action plan implementation in less than 10 days via official claims system to avoid reoccurrence. 6. Prepare AOP plan in line with Group Supplier Quality principles 7. Deviation concession notice management due to supplier quality claims 8. To drive continues improvement process (CIP) together VS 9. Improve processes in collaboration with Business Improvement Teams 10. Manage Site Supplier Quality team which consist of Material Quality Engineers and Inciming Quality Controlers

1. Ensure Customer satisfaction by acheving zero defects 2. Insure compliance with the Quality Management System requirements 3. Facilitate and support quality improvement programs 4. Define and lead quality improvement programs 5. Reduce poor quality cost 6. Manage and develop quality team 7. Ensure defect free new product launch, transfers and new and changed suppliers 8. Develop quality & SixSigma approach

1. Ensure proper organisation of defect management within all steps of manufacturing process. 2. Lead multifunctional problem solving group for all customer incidents 3. Leading continous improvement process for manufacturing process. 4. Performing 6 sigma analysis of quality defects on each step of the manyfacturing process 5. Leading material laboratory which perform all material quality tests of incomming material 6. Supportinf Plant Manager oin terms of cost / quality analysis.

1. Ensure proper support to the Quality Dept. in regards of SAP/IT systems 2. Creation of production / qulaity raports on daily / weekly / monthly basis 3. Implementation of new production databases to verify quality of the products 4. Support of problem solving team in terms of problem analysis and root-cause identification 5. Reproducibility tests done on the claimed products.
