* Overseeing entire recruitment process . * Familiar with the recruitment process from sourcing the resumes till closure of requisition. * Handled all types junior to managerial level positions. * Involved in Hiring process, sourcing and screening candidates through various resources (portals, references, self-created databank, Networking ,Social Media sites and headhunting). * Preparing recruitment plan for Project-based recruitment & doing overall co-ordination with the Hiring Managers for Manpower Planning, budgeting & recruitment., * Facilitating panel interviews and supervising the schedules. * Coordinating the weekend drives, Walk- In interviews etc. * Maintaining up to date AMS report for offered/selected candidates & weekly interviews. * Getting DOJ Confirmation and updating it in the tracker & follow up with the selected candidate for joining.
