-Handle guest concerns or complaints in a professional and friendly manner, escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction. -Help with reservations, phone calls, and maintaining guest records using hotel management systems. -Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures, and general inquiries. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.

-Develop and maintain relationships with foreign cities, diplomatic missions, international organizations, and NGOs. Support the implementation of bilateral and multilateral cooperation agreements. -Represent the city in international forums, conferences, and meetings. Prepare official correspondence, briefings, and presentations for foreign partners and delegations. -Track international trends, funding opportunities, and policy developments relevant to Lviv’s international agenda. Provide analytical reports and strategic recommendations. -Contribute to efforts to promote Lviv as a vibrant, innovative, and culturally rich city in international arenas through communication campaigns and media content. -Assist in initiating, planning, and executing international projects, events, and programs that promote the interests of Lviv and strengthen international collaboration.
