As Hardware Asset Management Process Cooridnator I`m responsible for HW AM processes such as physical inventory projects, Book to book reconciliations or other data quality projects. I manage coordination and communication between teams located in delivery centers in Brno and Bratislava and in responsible countries Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. I report directly to management in Netherlands. My main job is to maintain up to date process documentation, monitor and report process performance against AM KPIs and deliver RCA`s and Action plans when needed.

* As Focal Point for Hardware Asset management I was responsible for HW database reconciliations, * reporting directly to IBM France management, data and variances analysis and solution proposals. * This position also required responsibility of Service Team Leader role for dispatching work within the team, daily progress tracking, reporting and feedback providing to local management.

As member of hardware asset management team I was responsible for HW database reconciliation, physical inventory projects, for variance analysis and solution proposals reporting directly to IBM France management and local management.
