Maintaining accurate records and documentation. Providing rate quotations for clients and external partners. coordinating cargo pickups with the suppliers . My role involve overseeing the movement of time-sensitive cargo, collaborating with other fright forwarders and agents, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.optimizing processes, tracking shipments, and on time delivery .
