Roles and Responsibilities: • Experience in Bench sales recruiting. • Marketing third party profiles too. • Helping to my Team members in marketing profiles. • Coordinate with team regarding bench consultants and assigning consultants to the sales people. • Taking feedback from the consultants regarding marketing. • Experience in Complete sales cycle management i.e. right from submitting a proposal to Paperwork. • Place our H1B/ W2 employee to the direct client's/Preferred Vendors. Update their resumes time to time. • Experience in sourcing resume through networking, referrals, job posting. • Correspond with job applicants to notify them of opportunities and perform initial phone screening. • Involved in full - cycle Recruitment including Requirements understanding, Initial screening, short listing, negotiating salary/rates and making offers, identifying right candidates. • Marketing our own payroll consultants. • Posting our consultants resumes in job portals like dice, career builder, net-temps etc. • Bringing the requirement from prefer vendors • Negotiating the rate with vendors. • Developing the database of tier one vendors
