* Expertise in developing local vendors, reducing the cost of procurement of material. * Setting up the weekly, monthly, quarterly procurement plan. * Procurement of raw material from market * Keep all documents as soft copy &Hard Copy of Purchase Documents and manage the * folder/File. * Take the appropriate notes from the meeting and prepare the Action List then * Distribute to the relevant persons. * Follow-up the incoming mails and reply accordingly * Development of new vendors * Evaluating vendors & negotiating the price, delivery schedule and terms and * Conditions with them. * Planning and budgeting of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, contract * Negotiations. * Prepare the Requisition follow-up table and update as daily basis
