Started my journey at Morphle Labs in 2021 as a Mechanical Engineering Intern, and over the past 3.5+ years, I’ve grown into the role of Production Lead, taking ownership of production, mechanical support, and final software QC for high-precision scanners. I have hands-on experience in: • End-to-end production operations — ensuring timely delivery of complex products • Cross-department coordination — bridging mechanical, electronics, and software teams to streamline assembly and QC • Process improvement & problem-solving — identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that reduce delays and improve efficiency • Team leadership & mentoring — training new production managers and guiding teams for smooth operations.
