Responsible for all aspects of infrastructure delivery for the FICC businesses in EMEA. - Negotiated market data vendor contracts in alignment with business driven strategy providing greater transparency of account management and allowing for future capacity growth - Audited internal systems to produce specific roadmaps and ensure compliance with existing business requirements

Responsible for development of the overall infrastructure strategy for the Cash Securities business globally and the oversight of all technology infrastructure projects in the Asia region. - Design and project delivery of small co-located data centers in Tokyo and Singapore to allow for business growth, improve system resiliency and provide proximity of systems to key exchanges - Design of highly resilient systems for new Macquarie businesses including; Fix systems, Cash DMA, Algorithmic Trading and Financial Engineering. Project delivery of said systems in Hong Kong, Tokyo Singapore and Seoul - Lead a team of 9 system integrators globally designing and delivering projects for the Macquarie Securities business.

- Expansion of the Kuala Lumpur office to include a local cash securities business when Macquarie was one of the first five foreign brokers to be awarded a broking license in Malaysia. Design and build of 20 user trading floor, mini data centre and all systems. - The establishment of a new office in Mumbai which included a local stock broking business with NSE and BSE exchange systems. Design and build of 40 user trading floor and data centre facilities - The expansion and relocation of the Bangkok office and the setup of a local retail stock broking JV in Thailand with Thai Military Bank

- Integration of all IT systems and onsite support during cutovers of offices in Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Manila - Migration of users to Macquarie based systems - Training of IT support personnel based in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, Taipei, Bangkok, Manila, and Jakarta on Macquarie IT systems.

Lead a team of 7 trading floor support and desktop support specialists supporting Macquarie’s Equity Sales, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Infrastructure Funds, Underwriting and Principal Investment businesses

- Support for approximately 200 users in 7 Macquarie offices located in the Americas region including small trading floors located in New York, Chicago and Sao Paulo. - Setup of green field offices in Seattle, Phoenix and Los Angeles
