Currently serving as Operational Manager for Digital Assets (Compliance and Risk) at Bradesco, leading and supporting key initiatives in structuring the bank’s new Digital Assets division. My responsibilities span from business planning, vendor approval, team hiring processes, architecture design, customer journey mapping, to executive presentations, among others. In my previous role as Project and Process Coordinator, I was directly involved in portfolio management using a Lean-Agile approach and regulatory projects such as the Drex (Digital Real) pilot, where I acted as the Value Stream Owner (VSO) within the Digital Assets cluster. I also led initiatives related to CVM 175 regulation. Additionally, I contributed to the structuring and management of the Project and Process Office (PMO) within the Custody division, applying scaled agile and waterfall methodologies.
