Paulo Mulunda

I am a business manager and consultant passionate about technology, systems and automatic processes. As co-founder of CAS, an IT and automation organization, I manage prominent projects, Systems, telecommunications infrastructure, Electronic Security in #RNT, #FSTF-MINFIN, #ANR-MICTA and #Resort Huíla Parque. leading a team of 10 permanent employees and several independent professionals, offering consultancy to MSMEs in IT, Start-Up and Project Management. In 2017, I was certified by #INAPEM in the course "How to Manage Your Own Company", under the guidance of instructor Amelia Escórcio. Since then, I have been applying strategic and adaptive management, and over almost 10 years, CAS's revenue has grown by an average of 17% per year. Having a master's degree in Design, Management and Project Management from the UniversidadeEuropean del Atlántico gave me a more scientific approach to management, with modern methodologies and tools that I now apply in all my decisions. My career also includes being a professor at the Industrial Polytechnic Institute of Luanda (Makarenko), where I trained more than five generations of students in electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic control systems, after my training in Industrial Electronics and Automation and then as a monitor for the renowned Professor Jorge Ramalheira. I worked as a Management System technician on the Laúca Hydroelectric Plant project, being responsible for developing maintenance and training plans for more than 150 technicians who currently operate the largest plants in Angola. I also worked at companies such as UNITEL, Sonangol and PRODEL, where I tested and validated management strategies. These experiences gave me a broad view of good and bad governance practices, and today I apply this knowledge in consultancies to help other companies grow solidly. I am grateful for all the experiences that have shaped who I am and remain motivated to share my knowledge with those seeking to grow and excel.
