▪ Monitoring the drivers routine to ensure productivity and quality of customer service; ▪ Responsible for carrying out the interface between carrier, customer and commercial, monitoring fleet productivity indicators and service level; ▪ Responsible for monitoring the routing, ensuring that all customers are served within the stipulated period and at the lowest possible cost.
