Paulo Scarello

I'm Paulo Scarello, an embedded systems developer currently working at Senseworks in Porto Alegre. I have extensive experience in hardware and firmware development, with a strong focus on the integration of advanced technologies. I'm currently pursuing a degree in Software Engineering at UNIASSELVI. My skill set spans from object-oriented programming and embedded systems design to enclosure modeling and low-level hardware integration. I work daily with microcontrollers such as the ESP32-S3, focusing on real-time communication protocols like LoRa, RS485, BLE, and energy-efficient solutions using energy harvesting ICs like the AEM13920. I also develop in C/C++ and Python, leveraging both ESP-IDF and Arduino frameworks. In addition, I have a strong background in education, having taught robotics and programming at multiple institutions. I'm fluent in English with full professional proficiency and possess working knowledge of Spanish. Currently, I’m expanding my expertise into RF energy harvesting, ultra-low-power wireless systems, power delivery via USB-C, and smart sensor networks. My involvement in research-driven and innovative projects has strengthened my problem-solving skills and given me a proactive mindset in coordinating technical teams and developing assistive technologies.
