Paulo has been Product Supervisor since November 2009, supporting the company to provide best in class consumer experiences in the area of consumer goods. Electrolux is a consumer goods company whit focus on innovation, operational excellence and talent and teamship. His career is composed of experiences based in product development, from a start as engineer to leading people. Under his leadership at Exports R&D Department has developed more than 100 products per year in a growing rate along the last 5 years. Has lately assumed the Prototype Shop of Electrolux Latin America, in January 2017, as part of Strategic Department of the company.
