My background includes the development and review of complex financial models and valuation analyses, such as fair market value assessments, purchase price allocation (PPA), impairment testing and deferred tax asset (DTA) evaluations. I have worked with multiple sectors, with a strong focus on Renewable Energy assets — including hydropower and wind projects — where robust modeling, regulatory considerations and long-term cash flow analysis are critical. My technical background is supported by advanced training in financial modeling and valuation, including the FMVA® certification.
