Hello everyone. I am a lawyer since 1997. In order to develop my activity I had first got a degree in Law by Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa (Portugal). Since then I have been working mostly in corporate law, namely constitutions, mergers, demergers, dissolutions, liquidations, bankruptcies. Furthermore, I had also been working in other Law domains, such as tax law, tax litigation, civil, labour and commercial agreements. To help me in those matters, I had also got first two post graduations in tax and fiscality in Instituto Superior de Gestão (Lisboa, Portugal), as well in Company's Law in Universidade Católica Portuguesa, also on Lisboa, Portugal. After that, I got a Master Degree in Company's Law in Instituto Superior das Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa in Lisboa, Portugal. My thesis about "Acquisition by companies of its own shares" was publicly discussed in November 2009. I am also keen on English and Spanish languages.
