Utilize frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE, etc.) and assessment tools like surveys and interviews to analyze situational challenges. Proposal Development: Help analyze and develop sponsorship and government-focused innovation support proposals. This includes identifying revenue-generating technology projects and ecosystem collaborations.
