Since May 2012 I have been promoted to Supervisor Sales & Marketing at Cyso. Besides continuing my Sales Consultant and Account Manager activities, I will support my sales and marketing colleagues on a daily basis. I am responsible for assigning projects and opportunities to them and keep track of their progress. With my insight, I influence the sales team regarding qualification of leads and help develop a sales strategy. I share best practices and encourage consistent improvement of processes and ideas.

As a pre-sales solutions Architect I am responsible for translating business- and technical requirements into a technical design and proposition en preparing implementation plans, including budget forecasts. As a delivery manager It is my job to deliver in time as promised and to manage both our engineers and the developers of the customer to meet deadlines and enable them to achieve the business goals and ultimately their strategic goals. It gives me great pleasure when a plan comes together, for everybody involved.

* I am a Scrum PO of a team that provides managed hosting services. * I determine the priorities * I develop the roadmap * I support and guide the Scrum-team, based on the mission, vision and value.

Since July 2015 I am responsible for the Sales team at Cyso. Besides the responsibilities that I already had in my previous role I am now accountable for achievements of my team and realising goals.
