- Finance lead for utility scale solar PV projects. Worked on financing for over 750MW and raised over $1 billion in financing. - Responsible for negotiating and supporting the drafting of PPA, financing, EPC, O&M, partnership and purchase agreements - Performed technical due diligence for $2 billion First Wind Acquisition - Other roles include determining module bankability for North America.

- Responsible for $800 million project financing, procurement and EPC selection for 300 MW Mount Signal Project. Raised tax equity, bridge loan and long-term rated bonds. - Worked on valuation and monetization strategy for the $1 billion partnership, in order to generate strong returns and to maximize value for investors. - Led bidding and due diligence for acquisition efforts for US solar projects.

- Responsible for business development and building independent power project pipeline in Nigeria, which entailed client interfacing and government officials. - Participated in all aspects of the transaction process including, opportunity assessment, on-site due diligence, term sheet negotiations, legal agreement drafting and valuation / modeling. - Engaged with regulatory bodies to discuss Nigerian Electricity framework, including tariff, PPA, and gas supply agreements.

- Conducted financial due diligence for potential LBO acquisition financing of distressed manufacturing company and interfaced with large buyout financial sponsor. Built LBO model to determine valuation and return analysis for financial sponsor.

- Worked in investment team covering industry sectors globally with a primary focus on building materials and pharmaceuticals in the Middle East, Asia and Africa (transaction experience includes South Africa,Ethiopia, India, China and Turkey). - Participated in all aspects of the transaction process including mandate negotiations, on-site due diligence, term sheet negotiations, drafting of legal agreements, with high level of client interfacing with senior-level management.
