In this position, I was responsible of controlling costs, which were related to the initial project budget. With this, the closure of the health campaign project was determined, with important indicators for a next project. Along with carrying out an analysis of costs by region, by type of operation to determine improvements that would be applied in a next project. Finally, together with a work team, the information of the operations and the patients attended was consolidated to have statistics of the project and also obtain important data on the localities served, with the aim of extending this vital information to improve future health care.

In this position I maintained the activities of Cash Management (remittances, foreign branches, investments and purchase of dollars), bank conciliation, relations with banks and management of guarantee certificates. But also, together with my team, we add the Charter business process, national and international sales (business other than passenger and cargo), control of surrender sales of tickets and cargo, registration and process of helmet insurance, management and registration of protested checks, management of implementation and access in banking platforms and maintain a constant relationship and deliver guidelines to foreign branches on issues related to conciliation, surrender of the sale and procedures and relationships with banks. In this position, my job consisted of making dollar purchases, investments, and remittance arrangements from foreign branches.
