- Responsible for the full recruitment process: Sourcing, Job Posting, Screening, Interviewing and Scheduling for USA and Canada. - Post, update and remove job ads from job boards and careers pages. - Work closely with Hiring Managers for staffing and recruitment policies, as well as understanding business needs and hiring goals. - Updating our internal databases with candidates and new joiners’ information like contact details and employment forms. - Creation of assessment reports, concluding with a complete insight of the candidates.

- Responsible for the talent attraction and development processes of one of Crown's largest plants, located in Toluca, State of Mexico. - Attention to internal and external audits for certification of various Quality and Occupational Health standards. - Responsible for development plans. - Perform personnel evaluations and detection of training needs. - Coordination and supervision of trainings for personnel.
