- Comprehensive passenger service for the international airline Ryanair, - Answering chats in Polish and English, - Receiving and handling complaints, - Maintaining positive relationships with passengers, - Assisting with changes to flight dates, check-in, baggage, personal data, and all other organizational matters. - Providing information regarding the airline's regulations and procedures.

-Cleaning assigned Guest’s Suites and Rooms, as instructed by Executive Housekeeper, always following the USPH procedures; -Delivering (gifts, mail, reflections etc.) to Guest Suites and Rooms; -Reporting work orders to the Housekeeping Office when deficiencies are noted or when maintenance is required and to follow up on the work orders in a timely manner; -Doing A and B watch, and Pantry watch duties as assigned by Assistant Housekeepers.
