-Orchestrated the development of mission statement & organization values, as well as detailed action plan for a 501©3 non-profit. -Built high performance organization and teams by revamping HR structure and aligning decision making with strategic goals, resulting in over 500 volunteers vested in the success of the organization. -Lead teams of up to 40 volunteers providing peer-to-peer harm reduction at events ranging in size from 1,000-50,000 attendees.

-Implement marketing and promotion tactics that led to 56% growth in total social media engagement and 29% increase in website traffic from social media campaigns. -Led and trained a team of 7 to implement social media marketing strategy for all events. -Led successful social media campaigns on social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

-Observe, monitor, and respond to behavior of event attendees and determine best situational strategy in handling emergencies. -Efficiently communicate using two-way radio to resole issues, perform emergency medical calls and other front of house risk management responsibilities.

-Assist the Club & Theatre Operations Team and Executive Vice Presidents with daily projects overseeing the operations of over 50 venues. -Develop performance metrics by assembling and summarizing data; preparing post-show reports, make presentations on findings, analyses, and recommendations. -Develop monthly employee newsletter vested in the internal communication of over 200 employees.
