As a Business Systems Analyst, I was involved in several projects within the distribution systems business unit. From the start, I was a part of the systems migration team responsible for transferring policy and customer information from the old legacy system into the current web based CF system. My responsibilities after the migration project included helpdesk backlog reduction, serving as the point of contact for affinity marketing eligibility testing, regression and implementation. I also volunteered for and participated in a group responsible for developing ongoing systems training for Liberty Mutual new hires.
