With 30 years in orthopedic medical device manufacturing, I've built a career at the intersection of engineering rigor and operational leadership — turning complex manufacturing challenges into competitive advantages for the organizations I serve. I currently lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineering across multiple sites at Tecomet, one of the orthopedic industry's premier contract manufacturers, where my focus spans capacity strategy, NPI execution, cell optimization, and cross-functional manufacturing and quality systems integration. I've led teams through large-scale production consolidations that eliminated millions in annual outsourcing and overhead costs — the kind of projects that shape how I think about scale, risk, and execution discipline. I hold an MBA from Indiana University Fort Wayne (Doermer School of Business) and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and I bring that combination of business fluency and technical depth to every leadership role I step into — including a stint as Interim General Manager where I held full site P&L accountability during a critical transition period.
