Focused on cultural change, leadership alignment, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and workforce capability in a traditional industrial organization. Designed and built from the ground up a Technical Training Center for field operators, creating a safe simulated environment for medium- and high-voltage network operations, with updated theoretical, practical and certification programs. The initiative strengthened operational readiness and safety culture, enabled the annual training of more than 1,500 operators and contributed to a 38% reduction in accident rates in the first year.

Led a key phase of the company’s transformation agenda, connecting business priorities with culture, leadership alignment, communication and change adoption. Built and guided a multidisciplinary team to support transformation initiatives across business areas.

Held progressive Finance and Tax leadership roles, advising multiple companies across the energy value chain on tax strategy, compliance, risk, governance and executive decision support. Built a strong foundation in financial discipline, regulatory complexity, controls and business advisory.

Advised corporate clients on tax, compliance and international advisory matters, developing early expertise in consulting, regulatory analysis, stakeholder management and business advisory.
