Responsible for the Transport, Supplies, Planning and 18 DCs area. Transport: • Responsible for ensuring the Delivery Service Level; • Management of Express Deliveries, Dropshipping and Collections; • Administration of carriers via TMS (monitoring of Price Tables, Deadlines and Occurrences); • Control tower. Supplies and Planning: • Demand planning; • Carry out the purchase and distribution of 10,000 SKUs in the 18 DCs, respecting the Purchase and Distribution Plan; • Ensure excellence in stock KPIs (Coverage, Value and Outage); • Validation of the Sales Plan with the interface areas and conducting S&OP meetings to create action plans that guarantee compliance with the plan; • Responsible for monitoring compliance with Production, Receiving and Shipping Plans with the Supplier; • Periodically balance stock between DCs, respecting agreed rules; • Responsible for the CPFR project for the company's largest accounts, representing 21% of the company's total revenue. • Responsible for opening new branches with customers using the Stock Consignment model. CDs (Logistics): • Ensure efficiency of Receiving, Picking, Shipping and Inventory processes; • Monitor KPIs (Separation Time, Receiving Time, Cyclical Inventory and Operating Costs); • Management of 50 operators; • Construction and validation of OPEX and CAPEX.

• Compile the financial indicators of business divisions; • Study the pricing scheme (tariff structure, list prices and bonus / rebate / discount policies); • Perform the price rise and maintenance routines in SAP, in accordance with commercial policies; • Perform the calculation of variable compensation of the sales team; • Support to Marketing and Commercial areas in identifying new market opportunities; • Survey and monitor external market information, price positioning and competitive products (market analysis); • Prepare, analyze, develop company financial reports for Board meetings; • Execute cost closing routines in SAP, as well as their proper post-closing support reports. • Compilation of financial data related to business performance and calculation of net margins by channel, customer and product; • Responsible for a SAP project that seeks to understand, fix and improve the financial data and commercial data, elaborating action plans in order to align the sales flows with financial and production controlling in order for a solid basis for the reliability of margins.

• Business controller of subsidiaries from North to South America with various activities; • Produce financial information (Budget, Long Term Plan, Reporting) and Business analysis; • Check and follow up the application of reporting and accountancy standards, according to Group rules and take corrective actions; • Contribute to monthly reporting and budgeting process for all business units; • Control and update authorized limits applicable to investment budgets and financing; • Prepare reports for external stakeholders (VPs, Zone Directors, Subsidiary Directors); • Analyze the consistency of received date in order to explain and promote the discussion of variances; • Participate in the preparation of financial presentations provide support to the consolidation team; • Contribute to projects concerning business growth, development and strategy; • Assists business units in Business Controlling and financing matters.

• Elaborated, consolidated and reported price reports to commercial management, providing support and analyzes of price increases and commercial policy use; • Compilation of financial data related to business performance and calculation of net margins by channel, customer and product; • Execute the routine of maintaining prices in SAP according to the commercial policy; • Support the commercial area providing calculation of costs of products aiming the analysis and feasibility of the business; • Elaborated, analyzed and developed detailed costs of products to the board of directors; • Responsible for production costs closing at month-end, supporting production team in order to ensure operation orders do not to present significant deviations between consumption and production.

• Creation and reassess of client credit report (consulting Serasa (Credit Consultancy Entity) and client history) to assist in the credit limit of client; • Development of account receivables overdue report (weekly performed); • Forecast of payments for the next thirty days, providing analysis in order to improve cash flow control; • Updated and reported cash flow to finance manager.
