- Responsible for China suppliers for the UK and Irish markets. - Management of stocked products in both countries. - Setting up monthly stock safety for each product based on sales analysis and lead time. - Updating prices according to inflation and currency fluctuation. - Custom clearance documentation management. - Search for new suppliers and/or products. Managament of the quality inspection for the same, the first to ensure good quality levels and random inspections to check orders. - Coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, marketing department, and Managing Director the update of products. - Stock movement between the two countries, Ireland and UK according to needs.

- Process orders in SAP, by phone and email. - Manage contact with the warehouse to prepare orders. - Allocate incoming stock on sales orders already processed. - Process quotations for special orders. Calculate sales price based on Ex Work and Landed cost. - Track orders and provide POD's to customers. - Issue credit and debit notes as per instructions. - Answering the phone and dealing with customer queries and complaints. - Resolve any customer issues in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with best practice procedures. - Update sales orders with necessary changes. - Respond to customer inquiries on the status of orders.
