Assessing stroke patients to ensure they return home with appropriate equipment to ensure their safety and to support them in activities of daily living. Referral to the Social Work team where a return home was not practical for a residential care package.

Providing advice to customers on a wide range of investments while maintaining or exceeding Company sales targets.

Supporting social workers and occupational therapists in their roles in the older persons and physical disability team.
