I didn’t start in health or real estate. I trained as a lawyer in London, graduating with a first-class honours degree, which shaped how I think about structure, risk, and long-term outcomes. A few years later, after struggling with my own health, I made a complete shift into nutrition and functional medicine. What started as a personal problem turned into something much bigger. I founded Synergised from that experience, building it into a functional medicine company working with clients globally. I raised capital from angel investors to support the business, navigating the process independently as a first-time female founder and building it from the ground up. I then scaled the company organically, growing an international client base and securing press coverage in publications including Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar. As the business matured, I built out a team to manage day-to-day operations, which allowed me to step back from execution and focus more on strategy, growth, and where I wanted to apply my skill set next. This led me into real estate. I now work within the UAE market, advising international private clients, including HNW and UHNW investors, on opportunities across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. What interests me here isn’t just property, but how capital is deployed, how portfolios are structured, and how timing and market cycles shape outcomes. Across everything I’ve done, the common thread is building, understanding risk, and making decisions with long-term upside in mind. I’m particularly interested in roles where I can combine: • strategic thinking • operational execution • and commercial impact I tend to work best in fast-moving environments, with people who value clarity, ownership, and long-term thinking.
