I was in charge of Interfaces execution for US clients, reconciling payroll results and analysis and issues resolution. Also set up massive loads, creating reports and creation and maintenance of procedures were included on my daily task.

I'm part of the America's Regional Delivery Center (HR Outsourcing Services). I provide services to US clients working as HR Functional Consultant during go live and post live process. My main responsibilities include maintenance and stabilization of the accounts, SAP HR configuration and issue resolution (PA, OM, PY, BN, TM). Also I provide technical and operative support to Interfaces related requirements, maintaining inbound and outbound interfaces, creating functional requirements and coordinating developer's efforts. I'm the reference for analysis and business/system support to our internal BPO and also Client.
