I work closely with each project’s design-builder or construction manager to select the most appropriate framing system. I have designed a variety of project types using cast-in-place concrete, composite precast concrete, tilt-up concrete, and structural steel. My project experience spans government buildings, office building, sports facilities, retail complexes, and educational facilities. I develop designs that minimize construction cost, schedule, and complexity. I believe that fast and clear communication with the owner/developer, architect, and builders is key to a successful project and results in a win-win situation for all parties.
