Actively facilitating production on 3 or more job sites weekly by scheduling in-house crews, subcontractors, inspections and material delivery for residential renovation, addition and new home construction projects. Maintain contacts to source and compare sub-contractors in electric, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, drywall and tile by bidding each job and analyzing availability, prior performance and price. Provide customer service by engage with clients on-site, via online communication and over the phone to address all concerns about quality, timing and material selections. Inspect sites daily for work quality and job organization on all managed projects ensuring the company and client standards are met at every step in the building process.
