Als Partner Manager bij Nettbureau AS werk ik samen met bedrijven in Nederland en Vlaanderen om leadgeneratiediensten te leveren aan sectoren zoals zonnepanelen, warmtepompen en energiecontracten. We helpen bedrijven groeien en hun zichtbaarheid te vergroten door middel van prijsvergelijkingswebsites en online marketing. Potentiële klanten die op zoek zijn naar offertes van meerdere installateurs of leveranciers vullen hun wensen in op onze geoptimaliseerde websites, die deze leads vervolgens doorsturen aan een select aantal partners als de klant past bij hun specifieke voorkeuren. Op deze manier krijgen zij meer zichtbaarheid en verkoopkansen, en de gebruiker krijgt meerdere aanbiedingen.

Lead Seminars for first year students in Political Science, reviewed assignments and gave feedback. Held individual performance review meetings with students and discussed their development.

Within the Civilian Capacities Network, I have organized international seminars and workshops, commissioned policy papers and hosted the annual partners meeting. Furthermore, I'm continually engaged with the research on the influence of emerging powers on comprehensive peace operations and civil-military cooperation.

Researched and wrote an article for online publication, based on MA dissertation; compiled an annotated bibliography for the head of the Center for Civil-Military Relations; Suggested guest speakers for a conference and wrote the subsequent conference summary.

Substituted the permanent receptionist and independently performed full reception duties; answered phone calls and e-mail correspondence; received members of the institute and prominent guest speakers; dealt with dispatches.

The MA in War studies enhances analytical, conceptual, research and critical thinking skills designed expressly to enhance employability and aid professional career development. You will gain an understanding of the phenomenon of war and conflict, along with its causes, conduct and consequences, from historical, political, philosophical, military and sociological viewpoints.

The course provides a general introduction to this interdisciplinary field with an empirical focus. This is combined with more detailed study of selected areas and themes. Major topics are conflict resolution, causes of armed conflicts, issues of gender, identity and human rights, humanitarian intervention, peace keeping and peace building efforts. The conflict resolution segment utilizes interactive techniques in group work, as well as lectures on specific peace processes and negotiations, and also the ethical dilemmas of attempting to intervene in conflicts.
