My working career has centered on manufacturing all my life, I served a 4 year apprenticeship at my place of work and Brunel College, covering manufacturing and sheet metal fabrication. Following this, I gained 20 years experience in the workshop before I moved over to the office side of business some ten years ago. I have a good understanding of the applications and processes used in the fabrication and manufacturing industry in several material types (wood, metal and plastic) and have gained experience in all aspects from workshop, machines and being on-site fitting. I have used this experience in my current role as Production Manager to make several improvements, in both manufacturing and CAD CAM processes that has seen our company grow from 25 staff to 40+, improving turnover year on year.
